Using my experience and expertise in building healthy and thriving youth ministries, I work to identify areas of the ministry that need everything from a slight tweak to complete restructuring. I then provide solutions that will move the ministry forward to greater health and success.
Coaching
My 30 years of youth ministry experience has given me a unique perspective and deep appreciation for youth pastors and youth leaders. In short, I understand what it’s like to feel inadequate, hurt, or stuck and in need of advice and direction.

Interim Assistance
When a youth pastor leaves their position, it often times creates a hole in the ministry that volunteer leaders are left to fill. Exhaustion, frustration, and burnout are a realistic danger for the ministry volunteers. I can provide as much assistance that is needed during the crucial time when a youth pastor is not on staff to relieve stress and keep the momentum flowing while the search for the youth pastor continues. In addition, I offer assistance with the hiring process by consulting on the search committee, vetting potential youth ministry candidates, and updating job descriptions.
Student Space
God moves in any environment, but you don't want your student space to be a hindrance to your purpose, vision, and mission. First impressions definitely matter, both to students and parents, and the space should be inviting, fun, clean, and safe. Whether it's a revamp or full renovation, we can work within your budget to create "space ownership" within your student ministry, while at the same time, making it the best place for discipleship to happen.
